IT System Analyst

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer science or related major. Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst or Application Analyst is prefered. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Experienced in creating project documentation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of business process analysis and easily to write it to system flow design. Familiar with SQL and API integration concepts. Proficient in system modelling tools. Able to work independently as good as collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills Understanding of system architecture and solution design principles. Familiarity with system administration and programming concepts. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working in enterprise software application or mobile application projects. AI expertise level is a must. Responsibilities: Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with users and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Create and maintain project documentation. Perform impact analysis prior to system changes to ensure minimal disruption to business processes and application integrations. Collaborate with Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Support project monitoring and ensure deliverables are aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
