About HYGR HYGR is a growing brand looking to expand our presence in Indonesia through digital marketing and social commerce. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in Indonesia to join our remote team. Job Responsibilities: - Recruit, manage and grow a network of TikTok affiliates to promote HYGR products in the Indonesian market - Plan and execute TikTok live hosting sessions to drive brand awareness and sales - Create engaging and high-quality content (videos, reels, stories) tailored for the Indonesian audience - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and follower growth in Indonesia - Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, live session metrics, and content engagement - Collaborate with the HYGR team to align Indonesian campaigns with overall brand direction - Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the Indonesian market - Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Indonesia Requirements: - Based in Indonesia (this is a fully remote role) - Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or affiliate marketing - Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, including live streaming features and affiliate programs - Experience in content creation (video editing skills preferred) - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently - Passion for brand building and social commerce What We Offer: - Fully remote work arrangement - Flexible schedule - Opportunity to grow with an exciting brand in the Indonesian market - Performance-based incentives Application Question(s): what makes a good contents for marketing?
