Jr. IT Support Officer

About the role This exciting full-time Jr. IT Support Officer role at PT Indonesia Defence Services' is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be responsible for providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to the company's employees, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. What you'll be doing Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and issues from employees through phone, email, and in-person support Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems Maintaining detailed records of IT support activities and outcomes Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 0–1 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Google Ecosystem Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
