Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support / Helpdesk professional to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication in English, and basic knowledge of networking and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues) Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including internet connectivity and LAN/WAN systems Assist in basic electrical setup and maintenance related to IT equipment (power supply, cabling, etc.) Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk role Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting Basic understanding of electrical systems related to IT infrastructure Familiarity with routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting English proficiency (written and verbal) is required Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team
