About the role We are seeking an experienced Head IT Development to join our thriving team at PT Cellindo Sigmaperkasa in Mojokerto, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the IT operations of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective technology support for our business. What you'll be doing Manage and direct the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT systems and infrastructure Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and security Managing technology infrastructure and assets at across locations and coordinate with team to maintain and support company's technology hardware and software. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT service delivery Provides technical support and guidance to all internal and external application users What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications Strong leadership, decision making, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Having strong analytical skills. Strong budgeting and financial management skills. Up-to-date with the trends of technology. Having Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, especially at manufacture industry regulation.
