Work Experience 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or complex applications Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborative workflows Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, user-centered design solutions Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate design—from ideation and research synthesis to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
