Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Infrastructure role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The position involves managing network administration and security, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining information technology infrastructure. The role requires proactive engagement in identifying and resolving IT-related problems and ensuring the smooth operation and security of the company’s technological resources. Qualifications Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or Computer Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field Has skills and experience in Network and Infrastructure Able to perform installation and configuration of networks (LAN & Wireless, Telephone VoIP, CCTV) Proficient in Mac OS, Linux, and Windows operating systems Willing to travel to sites / out of town Placement: Head Office (HO) – Jakarta
