Job Description : Handle reports and complaints related to BI-FAST services from internal users and customers. Perform troubleshooting for systems, networks, and payment applications. Monitor BI-FAST transactions to ensure they run smoothly and securely. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and Bank Indonesia in case of system disruptions. Record and document incidents through the ticketing system. Provide technical guidance and support to users regarding BI-FAST usage. Escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures. Ensure compliance with data security and system standards. Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Banking IT Operations. Fresh graduated are Welcome to Apply. Good understanding of digital payment systems and banking infrastructure, especially BI-FAST. Familiarity with systems regulated by Bank Indonesia and financial industry standards. Experience in troubleshooting operating systems, networks, and applications. Knowledge of ticketing systems, incident management, and IT support procedures. Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and system compliance. Willing to work shifting. Placement in Mobile (Tangerang & Jakarta).
