Arbeit Group Hiring Site Supervisor – Mechanical Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Industry: Construction & Engineering Employment Type: Contract Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring a Site Supervisor – Mechanical to oversee and coordinate mechanical works at project sites. This role is ideal for professionals with strong site experience and the ability to lead and manage on‑site mechanical teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities at site Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team Enforce safety regulations and conduct risk assessments as required Monitor progress, manpower, and material usage, and maintain accurate site documentation Report project status, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager / Site Manager Lead testing and commissioning prior to project handover Train and guide site workers on mechanical best practices and safety procedures Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Have 5–10 years of experience in mechanical site supervision, preferably in construction projects Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, and fabrication works Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficient in MS Office and basic project reporting tools Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Work Location: On the road
