We are seeking a results-driven and highly strategic Indonesia Sales Manager to lead our business expansion and distributor networks across the region. This is a remote (WFH) position requiring a self-motivated professional with deep technical and commercial expertise specifically within the elevator, escalator, and vertical transportation industry. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Sales Execution: Lead and implement comprehensive sales plans, managing the entire pipeline from lead generation, site surveys, BOQ preparation, commercial quotations, to contract negotiation and closing. Channel & Agent Management: Develop, maintain, and coordinate regional agents and distributors across Indonesia to ensure maximum market penetration and alignment with global policies. Financial Accountability: Strictly implement the company’s sales policies, monitor profitability, and proactively follow up on receivables/contract fulfillment. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify new project opportunities (commercial, residential, and infrastructure). Job Requirements (Strictly Enforced): Core Industry Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional B2B sales or channel management experience specifically within the Elevator, Escalator, or Vertical Transportation sector. Product Knowledge: Proven track record in handling technical/mechanical specifications of large-scale vertical transport products. Familiarity with major industry standards and global brands is highly preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) as a primary working language for regional and international stakeholder reporting. Business Acumen: Strong capability in strategic planning, project control, financial margin analysis, and agent network restructuring. Work Autonomy: Highly disciplined and independent, with a proven ability to manage regional targets effectively in a hybrid or remote (WFH) environment.Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
