IT Data Excellent Assistant Manager

Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across all business functions. Oversee master data management (MDM) processes, including the creation, maintenance, and standardization of key data objects such as customers, products, vendors, and pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions that support business decision-making. Manage data quality initiatives by establishing data standards, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance data integrity and reliability. Drive the optimization and integration of data across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and data warehouses), ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with business processes. Lead and mentor a small team or coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT vendors, to deliver data-related projects on time and within scope. Develop dashboards and analytical reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
