IT Application Support Engineer

We are currently hiring Application Support Engineers to support one of our Bank client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation in application support or Java development, particularly within the banking or financial services environment. As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth application deployment, system stability, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support system performance and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and end-users to support software design and implementation • Prepare and execute application implementation and deployment plans • Deploy applications across Test, Production, and DRC environments • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution • Perform application tuning and performance optimization • Provide clear documentation and reporting for deployment and implementation activities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Java Programming • Experience working with CRM or Contact Center systems is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Query • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) Nice to Have (Plus Points) • Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and Linux • Interest or exposure to AI technologies Can send CV directly to email: aubrey@ pro integrate.net
