HEPMIL Indonesia is looking for Project Coordinators to join our growing team. This is a 1-year contract role that is purely remote. Responsibilities: Manage influencer/creator projects through daily internal and external coordination to meet project timelines.Work closely with the Account & BD team from briefing to production stage of KOL & social media campaigns.Client-facing support will be activated as needed.Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of workingPrepare analysis and recommendations for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports.Monitor campaign publishing and ensure timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team.Prepare and accomplish administrative tasks properly and timely. Requirements: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.Strong organization and campaign management skills are required, with the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Monday.com background is a plus.Able to manage tight deadlines and negotiate with stakeholders.Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social mediaStrong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills.An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at a time.
