Tech Lead (IT Consulting Background)

We are Hiring! We looking for a Tech Lead who is sharp at catching client business needs and comfortable leading client-facing discussions. You'll run the show on technical architecture and integrations, ensuring our tech solutions solve real business pain points. Job Description Guide and support tech architecture to ensure scalable and secure systems. Act as a key technical point of contact to align client needs with business requirements. Drive system integration projects across various platforms and middleware. Mentor the engineering team, foster collaboration, and promote coding best practices. Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions that meet client expectations. Requirements 5-7 years of total experience in Engineering, or at least 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead leading development teams/projects. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client business models and pain points. Background in Consulting or experience in direct client-facing roles is preferred. Good understanding of enterprise tech stacks (Include AI and Data Engineering). Familiarity with system integration and APIs. Good communication and presentation skills.
