As a Microsoft-focused System Integrator based in Jakarta, we provide Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, RPA, and IT outsourcing solutions to organizations throughout Indonesia and Southeast Asia. ◼︎The Role You will lead our new customer acquisition efforts, focusing on RPA (akabot, Microsoft Power Automate) as the primary solution while identifying cross-sell opportunities for M365, IT outsourcing, and Mekari Sign. ◼︎Key Responsibilities Drive new customer acquisition (cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, events)Convert qualified appointments from our internal telemarketing team (up to 15/month)Conduct discovery meetings and uncover client business challengesPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close dealsCoordinate with our engineering team for cross-sell opportunities (M365, IT outsourcing, tenant migration)Support new Japanese client acquisition led by the CEOTrack pipeline in HubSpot and report progress weekly ◼︎Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of B2B corporate sales experience in IT, SaaS, or System IntegrationProven experience in new business development (cold outreach, prospecting)Business-level English and IndonesianStrong consultative selling skillsHands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment ◼︎Strong Plus Solution selling involving multiple product lines or cross-sell scenariosExperience selling to enterprise IT departments (CIO, IT Manager)Experience with Microsoft (M365, Azure, Dynamics 365), SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, AWS, or similar enterprise SaaSIndustry exposure to manufacturing, financial services, or logisticsTrack record of building target lists and running outbound campaigns ◼︎What We Offer Base Salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 10,000,000/month (commensurate with experience) Incentive Structure Activity bonus for self-generated appointments (10+/month)Quote submission bonus (first 3 months ramp-up)Commission on closed dealsReferral commission for internal lead sharing ※it depends on the KGI, we will adjust KPI incentive. ◼︎Other Benefits: ・Direct reporting line to CEO – full strategic autonomy ・ Multiple product lines to sell (RPA, M365, IT outsourcing, Mekari Sign) ・ Career growth as the company scales (team expansion planned for 2027 Q1) ・ Work with Indonesian and Japanese clients ・ Flat organization, fast decisions, real ownership
