PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our multi-industry client in finding great talent as a Secretary (Korean Speaker) with the requirement as follows: Working location: Jakarta Job Responsibility: Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents in Indonesian, Korean and English. Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public. Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the President Director. Any other additional administration tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Secretary (mandatory). Experience as a Secretary in a Korean company is highly preferred. Candidates from any industry background are welcome to apply. Fluent in English and Korean; Korean proficiency must be at least TOPIK Level 5. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Willing to work 100% Work From Office (WFO) at SCBD, South Jakarta. Must be physically healthy and fit for a full-time role. Experience working or studying in Korea will be an advantage.
