IT System Analyst (Finance & ERP)

IT System Analyst (Finance & ERP) Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements, particularly in Finance & Accounting, and translate them into effective system solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, IT, and vendors) to ensure alignment between requirements and system implementation - Manage and support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems - Prepare documentation such as BRD, FSD, flow diagrams, and user stories - Perform gap analysis between existing business processes and current systems - Oversee the development lifecycle from requirement gathering, development, testing (SIT/UAT), to deployment - Provide support for system-related issues, especially in Finance & Accounting modules - Monitor and continuously improve ERP system performance Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as an IT System Analyst or Business Analyst - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field - Strong understanding of Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset, etc.) and Management Accounting / Costing - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) - Good understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes - Experience in preparing documentation (BRD, FSD, flow diagrams) - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills (technical & non-technical stakeholders) - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus
