Role Description This is a temporary, fully remote role for a PHP & Laravel Fullstack Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for creating recorded video lessons in Bahasa Indonesia related to PHP, Laravel, and fullstack web development. The main responsibility is to explain programming concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly way and guide students through building a real-world fullstack Laravel application from scratch as the final project. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy sharing knowledge and can simplify technical topics into easy-to-understand explanations. Responsibilities Record video lessons for PHP & Laravel Fullstack courses Explain concepts using simple and beginner-friendly language Create structured learning materials and coding examples Teach Laravel fundamentals including routing, MVC, Eloquent ORM, authentication, Blade, CRUD, and REST API Guide students step-by-step in building a complete fullstack Laravel project Create practical exercises and mini projects throughout the course Collaborate with the Easy Coding team to improve course quality and curriculum structure Ensure materials follow modern Laravel best practices Qualifications Strong experience using PHP and Laravel in real-world projects Understanding of fullstack web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL) Able to explain technical concepts clearly for beginners Comfortable speaking and recording tutorial videos Ability to teach using simple, easy-to-understand explanations Experience building complete Laravel applications Familiar with Git and GitHub Good communication and structured teaching style Previous experience creating content or teaching is a plus
