IT Account Manager (Fresh Graduate )

Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with clients. Support account management activities, including client communication and basic record-keeping. Help prepare invoices, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate client records and databases. Learn and understand the company’s products/services to effectively communicate with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitors under supervision. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
