IT System Engineer

Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting Document system configurations and maintain IT asset inventory Assist in security patching and vulnerability remediation Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 0–2 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux environments Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
