Role Description We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple digital platforms, including mobile apps, web platforms, admin dashboards, and marketing websites. You will work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to create scalable and thoughtful product experiences that align with client needs and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative environments, is adaptable across different project types, and is eager to grow in real product development workflows. Responsibilities Design user interfaces for mobile apps, dashboards, websites, and other digital productsAdapt and work within existing UI Kits and Design Systems across projectsDesign responsively/adaptively for different screen sizes and platformsCreate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypesCollaborate closely with developers and project teams during implementation and handoffAble to explain design decisions and think through user flowsContribute ideas and improvements to overall product usability and user experienceParticipate in design discussions, revisions, and feedback iterationsMaintain strong attention to detail and visual consistencyWork effectively in a collaborative and feedback-driven environment Qualifications Familiar with UI/UX design principles and modern product design workflowsProficient in Figma for interface design and prototypingUnderstanding of Auto Layout, Components, and responsive/adaptive designGood communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in remote environmentsPortfolio showcasing real projects, product thinking, or case studies Nice to Have Experience designing across multiple platforms within the same product ecosystemExperience working with developers or PMs using tools such as Jira, Notion, or FigJamBasic understanding of Front-End Development or implementation feasibilityFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows If you’re passionate about building meaningful digital products and want to grow alongside a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
