Job Responsibilities: Understand client business processes, operational needs, and business challenges. Analyze business and IT system issues, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Design and propose suitable technology and system solutions aligned with business objectives. Participate in system implementation and business process improvement projects. Create project plans and timelines to ensure smooth project execution. Lead project activities and coordinate with project members to achieve successful project delivery. Collaborate closely with clients, internal consultants, and technical teams throughout project execution. Provide recommendations regarding technology best practices and business process optimization. Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and system analysis materials. Support clients in digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects. Other tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university. Business level of English. Minimum 3 years of experience as Business & System Analyst for ERP SCM & CRM implementation in IT solutions, with excellent industry knowledge in Automotive, FMCG, or Multifinance sectors. Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
