*Position Overview** We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Ops Admin to support CRM configuration, data hygiene, and workflow management. This role ensures accurate pipeline tracking, system efficiency, and smooth coordination between sales and operations teams. *Key Responsibilities & Deliverables** Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene Support workflow setup and basic automation Assist in pipeline tracking and report generation Build and update dashboards for sales visibility Coordinate with sales teams for CRM compliance Troubleshoot CRM-related operational issues Support system integrations and user onboarding *Core Qualifications and Competencies** 2–5 years of experience in CRM or Sales Operations support Hands-on experience with CRM tools (GHL preferred) Strong data management and reporting skills Basic understanding of sales pipelines and funnels High attention to detail and process orientation Good communication and coordination abilities *Nice-to-Have Skills** Experience with automation tools and integrations Exposure to dashboard creation and KPI tracking Startup or remote work experience Basic knowledge of RevOps processes *Why This Opportunity** 100% remote role Opportunity to work with a global team Collaborative and performance-driven culture Growth-oriented and structured environment
