Job Description: Manage users from Active Directory Windows ServerManage users and devices from Azure Cloud and Intune EndpointsManage user’s mailbox on exchange servers (O365 Administrator)Working with ticket systemTroubleshooting hardware, software and network problemsAssist IT Network for troubleshooting networkHardware repair and maintenance (desktop/laptop/printer/cctv) Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environmentsFamiliarity with computer hardware, software, and networkingExperience with troubleshooting software/hardware issuesKnowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications
