Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities : • Manage and operate automation workflow platforms. • Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions for Databases, Servers, and Network Devices. • Develop infrastructure automation and configuration management. • Automate routine activities and support remediation workflows where applicable. • Perform troubleshooting across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation layers. • Collaborate with network, system, application, and security teams to improve platform stability and operational efficiency. • Ensure logging, auditability, and compliance with internal security and governance standards. Qualifications : • Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience : 1+ years, fresh graduates welcome • Technical Skills : -Solid understanding of infrastructure operations, including Linux systems, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and service troubleshooting. -Hands-on experience managing monitoring and observability tools. -Experience with automation tools and workflow automation platforms. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
