IT Engineer L0/L1

The LO/L1 team is responsible for First-Line Operations and Monitoring. Responsibilities: • Provide 24x7 monitoring and event detection. • Perform incident troubleshooting based on defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Execute routine operational tasks with clear SOPs, including: • Job execution • Application deployment • Basic configuration changes • Service restarts • Escalate incidents to higher support levels following the Incident Management escalation path. Requirements : • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. • Basic understanding of IT Operations & 24x7 monitoring environment. • Ability to perform troubleshooting based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Familiar with Incident Management and escalation processes. • Experience with monitoring tools is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking (connectivity checks). • Able to execute routine operational tasks (job execution, application deployment, service restart, basic configuration changes). • Willing to work in shifts. • Detail-oriented, responsive, and good communication skills.
