Working Student - AI Programme Communications

We Want You to Grow With Us Intersnack is rolling out a group-wide AI Programme that will change how our colleagues work, learn, and make decisions across more than 30 countries. The success of a programme at this scale depends as much on clear communication as on technology, and that is where you come in. As our Working Student for AI Programme Communications, you will help tell that story in a way that is clear, consistent, and useful for our people. You will sit within Intersnack Work System (IWS), the team that looks after the AI Programme Management Office. Day-to-day, you will work under the operational guidance of a senior colleague in the team, with Corporate Communications, Training and Enablement, and Information Management as your key stakeholders. What We Can Offer This role sits at the meeting point of three topics: communications, project management, and AI. You do not need to bring experience in all three. A first interest in one, paired with openness to the others, is a great place to start, and we will support you as you grow into the rest. You will take ownership of the SharePoint pages, editorial calendar, and marketing materials that shape how AI is understood across our business. You will have direct access to the programme leaders whose work you support, and you will gain practical insight into how a large international business plans, sequences, and lands change. Your portfolio of work will stand on its own merits long after your studies. Düsseldorf serves as your home base, with flexibility for remote working. How You Will Spend Your Time as Our Working Student - AI Programme Communications You will spend most of your time planning, creating, and delivering the internal communications that keep our colleagues informed about and engaged with the AI Programme. You will build and care for the SharePoint pages that house the programme's content, and you will support the wider team with the programme management activities they look after. What You Will Do Shape and run the AI Programme communications plan, translating programme milestones and rollouts into clear messages for our programme stakeholders and the wider international audience Maintain a structured editorial calendar so the right messages reach the right people at the right time Partner with Corporate Communications to stay aligned on current and upcoming group-wide messaging, keeping the programme's voice consistent with Intersnack's wider narrative Coordinate with Training and Enablement to connect end-user communications with learning journeys and adoption activities Build and maintain the AI Programme SharePoint pages, keeping content current, accessible, and visually consistent Create and refresh marketing and engagement materials, including presentations, programme news and updates, announcements, and campaign assets Support the programme management activities of the AI Programme as your primary focus, with occasional support for other programmes the team looks
