Our customers are the visionaries behind the most inspiring feature films, television programs, news broadcasts, televised sporting events, music recording and live concerts.  To learn how Avid powers greater creators or for more information, visit www.avid.com.  JOB SUMMARY  As a Director, Enterprise Marketing, you will lead the execution of Avid’s B2B marketing plans globally, with a focus on Account Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX), email marketing, and event management, partnering with the broader marketing team as well as sales, customer success, and channel partner teams. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing is helping to retain and grow existing and new customer relationships by delivering high quality leads, leveraging intent signals to expand buying committees, influencing pipeline, and accelerating closed/won deals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth.  Collaborate closely with the sales, customer success, and channel partner teams to ensure marketing strategies support retention and growth goals, including the development of joint initiatives and integrated campaigns.  Oversee field marketing efforts to ensure regional strategies are effectively executed and tailored to local markets and target segments.  Lead the development and execution of ABM/ABX touchpoint strategies to target high-value accounts and segments, driving relevant marketing efforts that result in increased engagement and conversions to expand buying committees within existing accounts and identify net new logo opportunities.  Develop and maintain effective email marketing strategies that support customer engagement and growth goals.  Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, build a performance-driven team culture, and provide regular reporting and analytics to the executive team.  SUCCESS MARKERS  High quality lead generation, resulting in strong conversion rates throughout funnel.  Strong engagement rates on campaign touchpoints.  Continual optimization of marketing influenced pipeline and accelerated deal close rates.  Effective expansion of buying committees within existing accounts.
