🚀 We’re Hiring: Brand Mentor (BM) - REMOTE (WFH) 📍 Marketing Department | Indonesia Kunkwan is looking for a driven and strategic Brand Mentor to build and lead a high-performing sales team. As a Brand Mentor, you will play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sales professionals while driving measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, coaching, and achieving ambitious sales targets. What You’ll Do Recruit and develop a team of at least 10 active membersConduct product knowledge & sales training regularlyMentor and guide the team to improve performanceEnsure team sales achieve minimum IDR 50,000,000 per monthImplement sales campaigns and marketing strategiesMonitor performance and provide weekly & monthly reports What We’re Looking For : Minimum 1 year experience in leadership, sales, marketing, or team managementStrong communication, mentoring, and leadership skillsFluent in Bahasa Indonesia & EnglishFamiliar with social media and online marketing toolsProactive, target-driven, and results oriented 📍 Working Hours Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:00 Sat: 08:00–12:00 Off: 6 days per month If you are passionate about building teams, growing brands, and achieving results, we’d love to hear from you.
