Client Relations Staff (Jakarta Area)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Client Relations Staff position at Viction.id. The Client Relations Staff will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact, and addressing inquiries and concerns. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs and goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in client account management and customer service Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client accounts Familiarity with CRM tools and software Proactive and detail-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Jakarta Previous experience in client relations or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
