Oversee daily live-operation workflows, delegate tasks to supporting team members, and ensure all responsibilities are executed according to operational standards and timelines.Monitor team performance, identify skill or knowledge gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity, collaboration, and overall live-operation quality.Develop and organize the weekly live streaming schedule, ensuring smooth coordination with hosts and related teamsAnalyze post-live data, summarize issues encountered during the session, and propose improvements for future broadcastsConduct research on fashion industry trends as well as TikTok live streaming strategies within the same categorySupport host training, assist in resolving any issues during the live process, and ensure all equipment and materials needed for the broadcast are prepared beforehandCollaborate across departments to provide feedback, address operational challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectivesMaintain a cheerful, proactive, and positive attitude while supporting the live streaming environment Preffered FemaleMinimum education: Associate Degree D4 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Reputable University Fluent in english is a mustPreferably experienced in live streaming or digital content operationsStrong communication skills and high initiativeCreative, engaging, and capable of producing appealing live contentAbility to build and maintain interaction with the audienceDetail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work in shifting schedules
