About the Role We are looking for a tech-savvy developer who enjoys building practical solutions using modern tools, including AI. This role focuses on automating workflows, improving internal processes, and building lightweight systems. You will also have the opportunity to grow into developing larger internal platforms (e.g., for Regulatory or Operations teams). Key Responsibilities Build automation tools to reduce manual work across teams Leverage modern technologies (including AI tools) to improve efficiency Develop internal apps, dashboards, or integrations quickly and effectively Experiment with new tools and propose better ways of working Collaborate with teams to understand problems and turn them into solutions Requirements Comfortable using modern development tools (e.g., APIs, no-code/low-code, AI-assisted coding) Familiar with AI tools and able to apply them in real work Able to build solutions quickly (not over-engineering) Basic programming knowledge (any language — Python, JavaScript, etc.) Understand how to connect systems (APIs, automation tools like Zapier, Make, etc.) Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Nice to Have Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) Experience building internal tools, bots, or dashboards Familiarity with databases or spreadsheets (SQL, Airtable, etc.) Experience using AI for coding, automation, or business workflows What We’re Really Looking For A builder mindset — you like creating solutions, not just coding Someone who keeps up with new tools and trends Comfortable experimenting and trying faster/simpler approaches Focused on impact: saving time, reducing errors, improving workflows
