Admin Jakarta (Accounting & Finance)

AKRUA Consulting is currently supporting the recruitment process for one of our clients in the property-tech industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Staff (Accounting Finance Focus) who will be outsourced under AKRUA Consulting and assigned to support the client’s internal finance and operational administration. *Responsibilities:Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records and ensure timely input of financial transactions related to property operations.Assist in handling property-related administrative and accounting processes, including tenant billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense documentation.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support journal entry preparation.Prepare and issue invoices to tenants/customers, monitor receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.Process and document vendor, contractor, and supplier payments accurately and on time.Support preparation of financial reports, project cost summaries, and supporting documents for management review and tax reporting.Operate accounting software (e.g., Xero, Jurnal, or similar) to record transactions and generate reports.Coordinate with internal departments (project, sales, and operations teams) to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple property-related administrative and accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.*Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1 year of experience in bookkeeping and/or finance support.Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, Jurnal, or similar) is an advantage.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively within an internal property business environment.Fully WFO from Jalan Puri Indah, Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat
