L1 - IT Support (Junior)

Hiring: L1 - IT Support (Junior/Fresh Graduate) We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong foundational technical skills to join our team as an L1 - IT Support . This role is ideal for Fresh Graduates or those with early-career experience looking to grow their expertise in IT operations. Responsibilities: Provide first-level (L1) technical support for hardware (PC/Laptop/Peripherals) and software issues. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems and office productivity tools (Microsoft Office). Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN) and ensure proper connectivity for peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. Maintain daily documentation and logs of all technical issues reported by users. Assist in IT asset management and regular digital data administration. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, System Information, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or work experience as an IT Operator or Support is a significant advantage. Basic understanding of databases (MySQL) and fundamental web programming logic. Strong communication skills, highly disciplined, and proactive in problem-solving. Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas. Must be willing to work in a Shifting schedule. Must be willing to work from the office (WFO) Required Hard Skills: Hardware & Software Troubleshooting. Windows OS Installation & Configuration. Basic Networking (LAN/TCP-IP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
